Service Technician
Reimers Appliance Service is an established repair company in the greater Buffalo region, providing premier customer service for over 20 years. We service all household appliances, covering most makes and models.

We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Responsibilities:
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches • Manage all on-site repairs and maintenance
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions • Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Operate service vehicle in a safe manner • Maintain service vehicle inventory 
• Follow all company procedures and protocols • Cooperate with technical team and share information across organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations • Build positive relations with customers
• Handle questions and disputes in a professional manner

Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills • Familiarity with hand tools, meters and other diagnostic equipment
• Preferred field service experience • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• English literacy
